[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index] [Xen-users] xorg XKB problem on 2.6.32.13 pvops (xen/stable)
I'm on lucid + Xen 4.0 and have been running 2.6.32.10 from xen/stable for a while now. I've had no issues using the old "nv" driver with Xorg. I just tested 2.6.32.13, built today, and Xorg fails to start: <snip>(II) XKB: generating xkmfile /tmp/server-B20D7FC79C7F597315E3E501AEF10E0D866E8E92.xkm (EE) XKB: Could not invoke xkbcomp (EE) XKB: Couldn't compile keymap XKB: Failed to compile keymapKeyboard initialization failed. This could be a missing or incorrect setup of xkeyboard-config. Fatal server error: Failed to activate core devices. <snip>Booting back on the older kernel, Xorg works again. I normally wouldn't bring an Xorg issue here, but I haven't had much luck on this and it seems to be trigger by this specific kernel. I have plenty of filesystem space and no perms issue that I can see. If you have ran into this issue or have a few ideas then please reply back. _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users
