Hi, Did you get round to trying this? I still have this issue. My work around at the moment is to run a constant ping using screen to a non alive IP on the same subnet, don't ask me why but it keeps the network stable. I though it was possibly my nic, but more likely the bridging itself. I have a spare machine that's exhibiting the same symptoms so I will play with it a bit more today and tomorrow and see if I can dig up anything else useful.
