I believe the problem is that the network line is missing the gateway
and dns arguments.  Example: " --gateway=10.0.2.254 --nameserver=10.0.2.1"

If that doesn't fix it, you might try passing the network config to the
bootloader in "extra=". 

Let me know which fixes it, I'm new to Kickstart myself.
