[Xen-users] /sys/devices/xen-backend/tap-XX-YYYYY

Good day.

I'm trying to figure how named devices in xen-backend. XX is domain-id, but 
what is YYYYY (usually numbers, like 51712 or something like this). Can I found 
some way to point 'xvda' is 51712, 'xvdb' is 51728 and be sure they be always 
same?
