Hi Everyone,

I'm experimenting with ionice, and I have to say at first impressions
I'm very impressed!

Does anyone have any idea how I could script the ionice config? I'm
using phy for my DomUs so everything appears in ps as
blkback.<DOMID>.xvda1

The problem is, is that the process id for the blkback process will
change after every DomU restart, doesn't it?

Thanks

How is this a Xen issue?
Because I need to find a way to automatically configure each DomU's
ionice setting upon each DomU boot.

Still not an Xen issue. You need to change the io nice for a process that
happens to be a Xen process.

What is your problem? Issues here don't have to be 100% directly related to Xen code (that is what xen-devel is for). This is xen-users for people who use Xen and want to chat to the community about Xen related installs..

Take a chill pill!
