[Xen-users] VCPU and Actual CPU

Newbie question: 

I was under the impression that XEN-Clould 0.5 was able to give you physical 
cpus as well as  vcpu's, so I could run Windows Server 2008 Std with 8 cpus (2 
physical x 4 cores)

How do I do it.
