[Xen-users] networking woes (opensuse 11.3 & XEN 4.0) - dom0 or domU have networking but not at the same time

Shortly after starting up domU it struggles to reach the interweb.
Shortly after it manages it, dom0 then breaks.

I'm not sure this was always the case but opensuse networking and XEN seems at best flaky.

Anyone else seen this kind of behaviour.  Using YAST Network Services vs manual vs NetworkManager seems to all yield different results.

iptables seems to be empty.  ifconfig output looks ok.
