[Xen-users] aggregated CPU stats for xen server

I've looked around for a while now and I haven't been able to find this
anywhere.

Is there a straight-forward way to obtain aggregate CPU stats (load, cpu
states?) from within the Dom0?

every solution I've found provides a list of domU's and their respective
loads.  I'm looking for an accurate representation of that total.
