Also: Guys can you try the F14 version of the src.rpm:
ftp://ftp.funet.fi/pub/mirrors/fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/updates/testing/14/SRPMS/xen-4.0.1-1.fc14.src.rpm

Or whatever Fedora mirror you use..
