[Xen-users] can't get hvm to work

I am running xen 3.2-1 installed from the debian lenny repository. I have several linux VM's running, but can't get am HVM vm to work so I can virtualize windows server. My other VM's are running routed with static IP's. When I 'create' this config it doesn't seem to run and it never opens up the VNC port. Any ideas?
