Alaa,

Well, when you create a bridge and that IP you want blocked is accessible through that bridge it can hardly be hidden, and correct me if I'm wrong may be you could do some iptables magic.

You could also /(if available) create another bridge and supposing you're talking about IPs on different subnets, that'd solve the issue.
