In that case: no - I just had an issue with H200 controllers rendering Xen 
useless because they are terribly slow with RAID1. It seems one needs to 
enable disk caching policy after installing Dell's Openmanage Server 
Administration since this settings is not available in the card's BIOS. Even 
after that they are slower than a 4 year old Dell server with RAID1 on SATA I 
have.

Things to examine are as mentionned, top and also (you never know) a test with 
bonnie++ of the used storage.
