For information, after install the kernel linux-image-2.6.26-2-xen-amd64 and adding in menu.lst: title XEN 4.0.1 GNU/Linux, kernel 2.6.26-2-xen-amd64 root (hd0,0) kernel /boot/xen-4.0.1.gz loglvl=all guest_loglvl=all sync_console console_to_ring com1=19200,8n1 console=com1 module /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.26-2-xen-amd64 root=/dev/sda1 ro nomodeset module /boot/initrd.img-2.6.26-2-xen-amd64 all works fine !! So for the moment I keep this kernel for my dom0.
