Hello,
I assume you want to use PCI passthrough with PV domU, not HVM.

For PCI passthrough to work with PV DomU, you need to have the Xen PCI
frontend driver loaded.

This driver has been merged mainstream for the upcoming 2.6.37 kernel.
For previous versions, you have following choices:
2.6.31.x & 2.6.32.x: use Jeremy's git repo
2.6.33, 2.6.34, 2.6.35: use Konrad's git repo

Both git repo are listed in the wiki page you're refering on.

Except if it's a distro kernel and if xen pci front driver has been
backported for it, you won't be able to use it.
