First of all, sending the same questions over and over again will most
likely annoy others. Don't do that.

Second, there's no Xen kernel patch that I know of that is designed
for kernel 2.6.30. See

Your best choices right now would be either:
- use Debian Squuze/Sid: http://wiki.debian.org/Xen
- get pv_ops 2.6.32.x directly from Jeremy's git tree
- kernel 2.6.34.7 + patches from
http://code.google.com/p/gentoo-xen-kernel/downloads/list (based on
Opensuse's xen kernel)
