Nowhere. You don't need it anyway.

Yup.

The default network-bridge setup in older versions of Xen use xenbr0
as bridge name, creates vif0.x and vethx (by using netloop module),
renames eth0 to peth0, and renames veth0 to eth0.

Newer network-bridge setup simply uses eth0 as bridge name, not
needing vif0.x and vethx anymore.
