[Xen-users] not able to send command to virtual machine using vnc

Hello 

is there any setting that are required to be done for VNC  in the configuration file of vm for enabling it. 
As i am able to see vm console in vnc but not able to type or send any inputs to vm. not even Clt+Alt+Del is working
