Is it possible and are there things that should be taken in concideration, if one uses ddk to build drivers for IB? I have Mellanox QDR, 40Gb/s IB integrated in my supermicro motherboards.

Is the earlier advice, "use XenServer 5.6 FP1 ddr" still valid?

I have used InfiniBand with CentOS and Xen with good results.  At this point, InfiniBand is still not supported by default by XCP (even though XCP is based on CentOS).  Hopefully someday InfiniBand will be supported out of the box with XCP.

Subject: [Xen-users] Xen and the InfiniBand

Hi, all,

Is the Xen currently compatible with the InfiniBand?  I found some information about the Smart I/O module, but it was posted in 2006.  Is the module still maintained?  Or, are there any up-to-date alternatives for that?

Many thanks,

Chiu
