[Xen-users] Shutdown monitor under windows 2008r2

Dear All! And, of cause, James!

If I want use only Shutdown monitor from GPLPV driver package, is it enought to 
unpack gplpv_Vista2008x64_0.11.0.238.msi, copy shutdownmon.exe to program files 
(x86) and setup it as service?
Cause make install asks use testmode and wan't start
