First step is to run the script under "Disable CheckSum Offload" @
http://www.xenappblog.com/2010/citrix-xenserver-slow-network-performance/

Second step is to tweak your TCP stack for 10 GigE.  Something like:
http://staff.psc.edu/benninge/networking/10GbE/parameters.html

This will help.  But to get near native speeds you're going to have to
go SR-IOV.  That's really the only way to get high speed networking in
a VM setup.
