I have set up a Debian Squeeze box last week, added the unstable
repositories and used pinning (google apt pinning) to install just the
xen 4.1 unstable packages.

Unfortunately those packages seem to be broken - there's no
/etc/init.d/xencommons and no qemu-dm :(

Then I compiled xen 4.1 from source and everything seems to work now.

The debian package linux-image-2.6.32-5-xen-amd64 seems to work well.
One good thing to note: I use drbd, which is not present in the 2.6.32
kernel from xen-stable git repository. The Debian kernel is patched with
drbd support.
