I'm pretty sure pygrub doesnt support XFS(In XenServer anyway), What was the error you got?

One option is to partition in such a way that /boot is ext3, but the root filesystem is xfs.

Another option you have is to copy the kernel/initrd from inside the DomU to Dom0 and use PV-kernel and PV-randisk parameter of the VM.(Messy)

I've folowed the instructions to step number 3 and am at this point here:

-- quiet console=hvc0 partman/default filesystem=ext3



The problem is... i think, that I want to use XFS like this:

-- quiet console=hvc0 partman/default filesystem=xfs



I tried already with xfs, but the system never loaded.  Am I stuck
with ext3 or is there a way to use xfs?  Thank you!
