And you did allow your firewall to see the VNC port? Did you see if netstat -anp lists the qemu listening on your localhost?
What did you see if you connected to the terminal? 'xl console HVM14' ?
BTW, this is
more a xen-users type question that xen-devel, so I am removing the CC xen-devel on this.
