[Xen-users] XCP slow install, start and stop vm on IBM X3650 server

Hi!

My vm was running on local storage (DELL R710) with normal performance but, after export and 
import it to another server  (IBM X3650 - Xeon(R) CPU E5310) in a pool with a hardware hba storage, the vm
 startup and reboot it's very slow. The installation process of new vm is very slow too.

The Xeon E5620 CPU is better for virtualization than Xeon E5310?

Can someone explain to me why?
