Hi!

Seems like i found the source of my problems. Posting here for future 
reference...
In VM config files i had extra="xencons=tty" added... After removing 
this kernel parameter all VMs that had random hangs at boot started 
working correctly.
So far, from what i can say, only OpenSuSE 11.4 were affected by this.
