I haven't yet put the kernels in a repository as it isn't straight forward 
to get the xen patches on an RHEL6 kernel, and thus at risk of mismerges 
on my part. Also the 6.0 kernel (2.6.32-71.29.1.el6.xendom0) was already 
out of date when I posted it because 6.1 had just been released, and I 
wasn't happy with the first 6.1 kernel I did 
(2.6.32-131.6.1.el6.xendom0.x86_64) because it crashed on bare metal 
(actually caused by commit c3dd7941354fa96a71f2613e2c7a1b215fa175dc on 
xen/stable-2.6.32.x) and I had reports of DRM problems, which might have 
been my fault. The latest kernel (2.6.32-131.12.1.el6.xendom0.x86_64) 
seems better, and I may put it into a repository in the next week or so if 
I don't hear of any problems.
