[Xen-users] Convert SLES 10 hvm to pv

I'm trying to convert a sles 10 hvm domU to a pv domU. I've installed
the xen kernel, updated menu.lst, modified fstab and mtab and replaced
hda with xvda. It tries to boot, but gets stuck saying waiting for hda2.
Any other ideas where else this would need to be changed?
