[Xen-users] PVonHVM and PCI passthrough

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to passthrough to a HVM guest a PCI
without IOMMU support using
PV on HVM drivers in the guest. While trying creating the domain I
received the following message:

Error: failed to assign device: maybe the platform doesn't support
VT-d, or VT-d isn't enabled properly?

Is there any technical reason why this is impossible, or it just
hasn't been implemented yet?
