I've tried with Xen 4.1.1 and xen-unstable, on a NetBSD-current host
system (Dom0). If I recall correctly, I think I used the following
images to install:

http://ftp.nl.debian.org/debian/dists/squeeze/main/installer-amd64/current/images/netboot/xen/
