[Xen-users] Should I be using CONFIG_PREEMPT for Linux 3.2 kernel?

I just ran across an old article about this and noticed that my servers 
aren't running with these two options set to y:
CONFIG_PREEMPT
CONFIG_PREEMPT_BKL

Should they be?  Thanks.
