Hi all
One reason to use the 3.4.4 would be getting domU with huge memory.

The limit for domU memory is 128Gb with the 3.2 kernel (the Debian 
wheezy kernel), 500Gb with the 3.4.4 kernel.
You can recompile and run the 3.4.4 kernel and still use the 
debian-distributed Xen package.
