[Xen-users] Debugging Xen crash

I had a server simply "freeze" yesterday - no response from dom0 or domU. There is nothing  suspicious (out of the ordinary) in /var/log/kern, xcp-xapi and syslog in dom0, domU and physical server' logs. Looks like the running system simply hung and a reboot was required. Can someone point me to documentation or tips on how to debug such lockups in Xen environment.

Environment information:
dom0 kernel - Linux example.com-1 3.2.0-29-generic #46-Ubuntu SMP Fri Jul 27 17:03:23 UTC 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Xen - xen-4.1-amd64.gz
dom0 - Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
Management tool stack - XAPI
