[Xen-users] hvm network interface slow in 100 Mb

I run 
debian (squeeze) host
2.6.32-5-xen-amd64 kernel
xen (4.0.1)

i noticed in my hvm (windows 2008 R2) network card was speed up to 100Mb.
How to speed up this to 1Gb?
It has been work pretty much faster before upgrading from xen3 to xen4

I google around but had found nothing clear about e1000 model implementation 
upgrading xen3.x to xen4.

Last thing: xm info give me back
xen_caps : xen-3.0-x86_64 xen-3.0-x86_32p hvm-3.0-x86_32 hvm-3.0-x86_32p 
hvm-3.0-x86_64
this should mean that I am able to vrtualize with such kernel support.
What about xen "4"?
Have I missed something since my last "aptitude upgrade"?
