I have an existing fedora 12 server running in our office. I am looking to virtualise this machine and run it as a guest on a new XCP host. How do I go about this?

I was hoping I could run something to convert it into a compatible image that I could start on XCP but I cannot seem to find any guides on how to do this.

Any help or direction would be very much appreciated.
