Have you asked in the list mentioned in that page?

FWIW, both https://www.crc.id.au/xen-on-rhel6-scientific-linux-6-centos-6-howto/
and http://au1.mirror.crc.id.au/repo/x86_64/ looks pretty up-to-date.
I don't know why they use a separate kernel-xen package though, latest
vanilla kernel should work just fine. Or it probably just use -xen in
the name :)
