[Xen-users] how i can use aspi s3 patch

Good day.
I newbie in xen.
But i have very difficult question for me already )
I want use aspi s3 opportunity on my notebook with xen.
And i found some information about it : https://lkml.org/lkml/2011/11/15/340
But i can't understand - were i can get aspi s3 patches?
What i should do with this git repository? How i can extract these patches from it?
I tried compile kernel from this git repository and has success, but this new kernel don't see lvm, and i can't load my linux with it.
