[Xen-users] Time offset set - how this off?

I have Windows 7 x64 HVM
 
 
This system worked for a year at xen4.1.2 and ubuntu 10.10x64
the day before yesterday and updated to xen4.2 ub12.10 and my system randomly changes time
 
# cat qemu-dm-v3.log | grep 'Time offset set '
Time offset set -7200
Time offset set -7237, added offset -37
Time offset set -6637, added offset 600
Time offset set 7763, added offset 14400
Time offset set 7723, added offset -40
Time offset set 8983, added offset 1260
Time offset set 8982, added offset -1
Time offset set 8022, added offset -960
How to prevent unnecessary synchronization dom0 engaged?
