[Xen-users] Pool Master Crash - Slave VMs

I had a single drive in Raid 10 array crash, and the master host went down in the pool. The master rebooted and I began rebuilding the array However, all VMs on slave hosts immediately turned off when the master went down. I thought the system would do in to emergency mode? 

Is this a normal function of XCP 1.6?
