Have you enabled virtualization extensions (intel VT for example) in your cpu
configuration (bios) ?

Have a look on  http://www.xenclustering.com <http://www.xenclustering.com>  
to get a usefull script to perform automatic xen & ganeti installation on a
debian squeeze.
