Hi

That's something interesting. Would it possible to make this work on xm
or xl tool stack on xen version 3.4.4/4.1.4?

3.4.4: no (cpupools were introduced in 4.1)

4.1.4: yes. Please note, that xl is marked as "experimental" in 4.1. xm
       should work.
