[Xen-users] Xen Crash

I am having periodic crashes on multiple hosts.

Running xen 3.4.2/XCP 1.1
Guests:PV and HVM.

• On stack trace out put all the physical CPUs i can see _spin_lock+0x10 and _spin_lock+0x12 appearing alternatively on every PCPU.
  
• On debug log its showing "cannot translate address 0 < ffff830000000000 without cr3".

This crash happens randomly and not able to trace the reason.Using Dell hardware which is listed in HCL.

Any help will be really appreciable.
