Hi,

All those things appear to be disabled anyway other than VNC which I disabled 
and didn't make any difference

What would you suggest or do you have a config file I can test with?

OK. Looks like you've got lots of things running inside QEMU.

Could you try to disable different features in your config file (vnc,
opengl, emulated devices) to narrow down the problem?

Otherwise you might have to profile that process.
