[Xen-users] pciback - MSI-X preparation failed (-38)

I'm attempting to pass through an I350 and Connect-X 3 Virtual Functions under Xen 4.1.x on Ubuntu Server 12.04.

I'm running Kernel version 3.11.2.

The VF devices appear to function, but I'm wanting to know what these errors mean and whether it's something to be concerned about.

What is a -38 mean?  As far as I could tell, pci back calls some function in the xen kernel to actually do the msi-x prep.  But that's where I got stuck.  I couldn't find where it's calling into to see what it's doing.
