No. I don't see anything out of the ordinary. I am currently away from my Dom0 but will look at it once I get to it.

Mind if I ask you what Linux distribution are you using for your Dom0?

I have no love for the current state of pre-compiled Xen on Debian, Ubuntu and OpenSUSE... To the point where I ended up running Arch and compiling Xen from source (easier than it sounds).
