It does, it was the earliest *BSD to support Xen (from back in the 2.x
days IIRC). There isn't a huge number of NetBSD related patches coming
in, but there were some in the last 12 months, so I think it is still

FWIW FreeBSD has been worked on in the last year or so as well,
