[Xen-users] on deb8, running autogen.sh changes tools/configure without changing *.ac first

in deb8 (jessie), I extract xen-4.5.0.tar.gz, then do

cp ./tools/configure ./tools/configure.orig

./autogen.sh

diff -u ./tools/configure.orig ./tools/configure > large_off.diff

 

There should be no difference, since I applied no patches. There is a difference

only on debian, but not RH. The autogen.sh makes no difference on RH

 

I see this:

on deb8, running autogen.sh changes tools/configure - Pastebin.com

(very noisy LARGE_OFF defines)
