Hello Everyone,
I am trying to put Xen 4.1/.3 on and IBMX 346 (no HVM), the kernel loads ok makes it to the login prompt however, a few seconds after the machine reboots. I tried increasing session timeout seconds for Grub and that did not work either. Anyone experience this with this machine? I suspect a power button ACPI pleasantries.... Some messages from log: Apr Â1 07:37:02 calgary kernel: [  Â0.133723] ACPI Exception: AE_NOT_FOUND, While evaluating Sleep State [\_S1_] (20140724/hwxface-580) Apr Â1 07:37:02 calgary kernel: [  Â0.134005] ACPI Exception: AE_NOT_FOUND, While evaluating Sleep State [\_S2_] (20140724/hwxface-580) Apr Â1 07:37:02 calgary kernel: [  Â0.134320] ACPI Exception: AE_NOT_FOUND, While evaluating Sleep State [\_S3_] (20140724/hwxface-580) Apr Â1 07:37:02 calgary kernel: [  Â0.255304] xenfs: not registering filesystem on non-xen platform Any way to stop Xen kernel from pressing the power button :) Kind Regards, Nick. _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.xen.org/xen-users
