[Xen-users] xen not booting with pci=assign-busses kernel option

Hi,

We have Intel 82599 network card, to enable virtual functions, we are using pci=assign-busses option, which is working fine with out xen hypervisor (native mode, with out any hypervisor) but when we use the same option with xen hypervisor, system is not coming up.
Boot up showing some xen message and Dom 0 starting,
starting udevd, loading driver and configuring devices...after that it is rebooting (no kernel panic or any other error message seen on screen).

If we remove pci-assign-buses option from the kernel, xen booting with out any issue but while enabling virtual function, we are hitting error as
SR-IOV: bus-number out of range

Why pci=assign-buses is creating the problem?

Xen Version : 4.5
Kernel     Â: 3.19.0-0.15 (SLES SP3)

Thanks
Nagesh
