Hi,

I'm new to Xen. I have a problem on a Xen server.

Architecture :

* OS: Centos 5.3
* Version: Linux xen.fdf 2.6.18-128.4.1.el5xen
* Xen: 3.0.3-14
* virt-manager: 0.6.1

Note : the Xen server is in production since 2009 without any issue.

From virt-manager I can not manage my VM (see attached file). When I made the right click menu is not accesible. On the other hand, the Xen server is read-only (see attachment is in French in the red square).

I physically restart the Xen server in order to fix this issue, but then I could not restart VM from GUI (virt-manager, ready only...) or CLI (xm create "domain") .
From CLI, I had the following message:

Error: Device 0 (vkbd) Could not be connected. Hotplug scripts not working.

To solve the problem I commented that line (vfb ...) in my VM configuration file:

name = "fdfsrv"
uuid = "9b8728c2-cb28-4791-b9ec-16cd034c1631"
vcpus = 8
memory = 2624
maxmem = 3280
bootloader = "/ usr / bin / pygrub"

#vfb = ["type = vnc, vncdisplay = 0"]
disk = ['phy: / dev / VolGroup00 / disk-fdfsrv, xvda, w "]
bright = ['bridge = xenbr0', 'bridge = xenbr1']

Then my VM start but I do not have access to the console from the virt-manager.

I don't know if the two problems are connected. However, I must know  their causes for solving.

I checked the xen logs but I did not find anything wrong. The file system is not read-only.
I'm in a production environment so the problem is sensitive. Do you have ways to help me?

Thank you very much in advance.
