[Xen-users] 4.7-rc2 builds

Xen-users,

I have 2 builds of the 4.7-rc2 that are repeatable, with build scripts.

Xenial (16.04)

Centos (7.2.1511)

the C7 build has a SPEC & SRPM for repeatability.

By tomorrow, I should have fc24 ready, too. It builds with the same issues as Xenial.
